Same Day Shipping
In stock orders received by 3:00 pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, will be shipped the same day.
Freight Charges
Bonner Sports & RV ships via UPS with simple and very competitive freight charges. FREE Freight is available based upon certain weight and size restrictions (example - tracks and certain windshields are excluded) and minimum order quantities (levels vary for dealer and retail accounts). Please call or e-mail for more details!
Minimum Orders
Bonner Sports & RV has no minimum order requirement.
Back–Orders
Items out of stock will be back-ordered and shipped automatically when they become available. If you do not wish us to hold your back-orders, please advise us when ordering.
Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment – Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, C.O.D., and open account for qualified dealers.
Shortages / Discrepancies / Damage Claims
Any shortages or damage must be reported to us within 2 days of receipt. Please keep your original packaging for UPS to inspect. Any discrepancies must be reported within 5 days of receipt.
Returns
Your 100% satisfaction is very important, and we guarantee it! If you are not completely satisfied for any reason please call us for a return authorization number within 10 days of receipt. If items are normally stocked by Bonner Sports & RV and returned in original packaging and condition, there will be no restocking charge. Items not meeting these criteria will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge.
Returned Checks and Refused Shipments
There will be a $25 service charge on all returned checks (dealers purchasing on open account) and refused shipments.
Warranties
Bonner Sports & RV does not warranty the merchantability and fitness of purpose of the items sold by us. Manufacturers supply their own warranties and are solely responsible for performing such warranties and for any damage to person or property resulting from design, manufacture, or testing of its product.
